High Efficiency Solar Collector Service Provider-UAE | Viessmann

Our Solar collector range includes flat plates and vacuum tube collectors, both compact and lightweight in construction, but very efficient. Vacuum tube collectors usually work very well, but may require the addition of a cooling tool that collects them in systems where there are long periods of low heat demand. Flat plate collectors should be specified in such cases and the range of LSP20 + is supported by a 20-year warranty.

Solar Thermal systems, if installed in accordance with the main hot water production system are suitable for a series of commercial and industrial applications.

Effective solar water heating:-

The main components of an effective solar water heating system are:-

  • Solar collector to capture solar energy and transfer it to a cool place.
  • A circulating system that carries fluid between the solar collector and the storage tank.
  • Storage tank.
  • Backup the heating system.
  • Control system to control system performance.

Solar collector
The two main types of solar water heatingsystems are closed loop system and open loop system. The open loop system used water as a coolant, circulating water between the solar collector and the storage tank. There are two main types of open loop system these are the drain down system and the recycling system, the main system after both applications configure circulation from collector to storage tank when the temperature inside the solar collector reaches a certain level.

In the drain down system the valve is used to allow the solar collector to refill the water when the collector reaches a certain temperature. In circulating water pump system when the temperature in the final tank reaches a critical value.

For applications where there may be a decrease in temperature below zero degrees it is necessary to use a closed loop system. The main difference between the open loop systems is that the water is cooled and cooled to a temperature that will not freeze at a temperature below which the solar collector may be below. Cool will usually be refrigerated, oiled or filtered. Closed loops are usually more expensive than their open counters and should be extremely careful to avoid water contamination by refrigeration. The energy absorbed by the cooler is then transferred to hot water via a temperature changer. In a drain back system the cooler may be pure water. The system operates on the principle that there is only water in the collector when the pump is operating. This has the advantage that the coolant used in the system will not have the opportunity to cool down at night when the temperature may drop to a level which may cause the cooler to rise in congestion and thus possibly cause the fluid to flow as freely as possible. should. The only feature required for a drain back system is that the solar collector is lifted from the heater or drainbak tank so that cooling flows out of the collector. This sytem also applies the principle that water is distributed between the collector and the drain back tank where the set temperature is reached between the solar collector and hot water.

Parts of Solar Panel :-

Solar panels are made of many different materials:

 ·         Aluminum frame

 ·         Glass cover

 ·         Two encapsulates provide climate protection

 ·         Photovoltaic (PV) cells.

 ·         Back sheet to provide extra protection

 ·         A panel that connects the panel to an electrical circuit

 ·         Adhesives and sealants between parts

 ·         Inverters (in some cases only)

The most important parts to pay attention to are inverters and photovoltaic cells. The difference in these components has a significant effect on the efficiency and cost of your so.
