Hot Water Boiler – UAE – Viessmann.ae

Calculation methods based on moderate volume methods (CFD method) have been shown to be very useful in increasing (efficiency, extraction) of wood burning heat sources. Such heat sources include hot water gas boilers for combustion of dry wood. One of the most important parts of the whole process of converting the basic energy contained in fuel to heat transfer to the carrier is gasification of the oil in the feed chamber and subsequent combustion of wood gas. The paper presents CFD simulation of wood gasification process in the filling chamber and subsequent burning of wood gas on a model heat source. As a model heat source, a low-temperature hot water boiler with flue gas-water tubular heat exchanger has been selected. It is a hot water gas boiler for the burning of dry wood. The interior of the boiler consists of a filling room where the fuel is dried and mixed. The wood gas then passes through a pipe into the burning chamber, where it burns with the help of a second ventilator.

Oil Condensing Boiler – UAE – Viessmann.ae

Viessmann are the Condensing boilers now represent the most advanced technology in the field of boilers. At present, their performance is almost entirely based on natural gas, which contains methane (more than 95% of the volume in the composition). If natural gas is not available - for example when there is no access to a natural gas network - another common alternative is LPG. Liquid fuel is also considered in other studies. Energy efficiency through the steam heat of flue gas is analyzed on paper to detect seven other fuels - butane, propane, coal gas, biogas, heavy oil, diesel and natural oil - and the fuel that it is methane. The greenhouse effect of these fuels is also being analyzed. Studies show that biogas provides much higher energy-saving technologies for thickening (even more than methane) while heavy oil has much lower energy. CO2 emissions tests show that coal gas has a significant greenhouse effect. The results of the flexible computational fluid showed the thermal con
